Rhonda Stalter joins the Region 8 Mobility Solution Center after 8 years with public transportation serving as a driver and dispatching.  Rhonda resides in Junction City with her husband Andy.  She also serves as a council woman for the village.  Rhonda’s goals are to remove barriers that limit individuals from being able to travel outside their homes.
